You're not looking for more health advice. You're looking for a plan.
If you've spent any amount of time trying to improve your health, you've probably realized there is no shortage of advice.
One expert says to cut carbs. Another says to eat more of them.
One podcast recommends five supplements. Another tells you they're unnecessary.
Social media is filled with conflicting opinions about gut health, hormones, metabolism, blood sugar, and weight loss.
It's exhausting.
The problem isn't that you haven't done your research. The problem is that you've been left trying to figure out which recommendations actually apply to your body.
Does this sound familiar?
-
You feel like you're doing "all the right things" but still aren't seeing the progress you expected.
-
You've tried different diets, supplements, or wellness trends without lasting success.
-
You have symptoms like low energy, digestive issues, stubborn body composition changes, or hormone concerns, but you aren't sure what's actually driving them.
-
You're interested in exploring lab work and uncovering deeper information about your health.
-
You're tired of guessing and want a personalized strategy instead of another generic checklist.
You don't need another influencer telling you what worked for them.
You need an experienced coach to evaluate the bigger picture, connect the dots, and help you prioritize the changes that will have the biggest impact on your health.
When you stop trying to fix everything at once, you can finally focus on what matters most.
That's exactly what these women experienced after working through the Functional Health Intensive.
Marissa
I gained knowledge about my body and insight into my behavioral habits. I also learned how to stay consistent but in a sustainable way. Diana was there every step of the way, and her weekly feedback was so very helpful. She was willing to look into my questions and give me a well-researched answer.
She incorporated a whole-body approach and understands the mind-body connection in a way most coaches either don't know or just don't present to clients.
Breanna
The biggest shift came from learning how to use my bloodwork as a guide. I had always believed I should be cutting back on salt, but my results showed I actually needed more. These kinds of personalized adjustments were eye-opening and had a real impact, especially on my energy. It’s amazing how much I learned about my body in such a short amount of time.
I walked away feeling more in tune with my body, with improved symptoms and habits that actually work for me long-term.
Your Functional Health Intensive Journey
One of the biggest misconceptions about a health consultation is that you'll walk away with a long list of recommendations and be expected to figure out the rest on your own.
That's not how this works.
The Functional Health Intensive is designed to help us first understand the bigger picture, then build a personalized strategy based on your unique physiology, lifestyle, and goals and finally support you as you begin putting that plan into action.
While every client's health history is different, every Intensive follows the same three-step process:
1
GATHER THE RIGHT INFORMATION
Before we ever meet, we'll collect the information needed to understand the bigger picture.
You'll complete a comprehensive health history, track your nutrition and hydration for seven days, and upload any recent lab work. If you've chosen one of the lab add-ons, we'll coordinate your testing before your session.
This preparation allows us to spend our time together making informed decisions, not guessing.
2
BUILD YOUR PERSONALIZED STRATEGY
During your 60-minute Intensive, we'll connect the dots between your symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, and lab data (when available).
Together we'll identify the biggest opportunities to improve your health and create a realistic, personalized plan with 1-3 priority actions to begin implementing immediately.
You'll leave knowing exactly what to focus on first and why.
3
PUT THE PLAN INTO ACTION
Knowledge is only valuable if you can apply it.
For two weeks after your Intensive, you'll receive implementation support as you begin putting your plan into practice.
We'll troubleshoot questions, work through roadblocks, and complete a structured check-in after your first week to ensure you're building momentum and making confident progress.
Which option is right for you?
Every Intensive includes a comprehensive review of your health history, nutrition, lifestyle, and symptoms. The only question is whether we already have enough information or if additional lab testing would help us build a more complete picture.

Hi, I'm Coach Diana Leigh
Over the past several years, I've helped women cut through the confusion surrounding nutrition, hormones, digestion, metabolism, and overall health by focusing on what matters most rather than chasing every wellness trend.
My approach combines evidence-informed nutrition, functional health principles, behavior change coaching, and personalized data—including food journals, lifestyle habits, symptoms, and laboratory testing—to build recommendations that are specific to your body and your goals.
As a Functional Nutrition & Metabolism Specialist with advanced training in nutrition coaching and strength coaching, my goal isn't to hand you another generic protocol.
It's to help you understand what's driving your symptoms, prioritize the right next steps, and create a strategy you feel confident implementing.
The Intensive is for You If...
✔ You've been trying to improve your health but aren't sure what to prioritize next. Together we'll identify the biggest opportunities to improve your health so you can stop guessing and move forward with confidence.
✔ You're overwhelmed by conflicting health advice. Instead of piecing together recommendations from social media, podcasts, and Google, you'll receive a strategy built specifically for your body, lifestyle, and goals.
✔ You want a personalized plan, not another generic protocol. Every recommendation is tailored to your health history, nutrition, lifestyle, symptoms, and available lab work.
✔ You have unanswered questions about your health. Whether you're struggling with digestion, energy, metabolism, hormones, body composition, or understanding your lab work, we'll connect the dots and determine your best next steps.
✔ You're ready to take action. This Intensive is designed for women who are motivated to begin implementing meaningful changes and want expert guidance along the way.
✔ You're curious about coaching but aren't ready to commit just yet. The Functional Health Intensive allows us to work together in a focused, lower-commitment setting while giving you a taste of what ongoing coaching is like.
If you decide you'd like ongoing support after your Intensive, you'll receive a $200 continuation credit toward your first month of 1:1 Coaching when you enroll within 14 days of completing your Intensive support period.
The Intensive is NOT for You If...
✘ You're looking for a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all solution. The goal of the Intensive isn't to solve every health concern in two weeks. It's to uncover what's holding you back and create a personalized strategy you can confidently move forward with.
✘ You're unwilling to make changes or implement recommendations quickly. The Intensive is action-oriented. With just two weeks of support, you'll get the most value by beginning to implement your plan right away.
✘ You're expecting ongoing accountability and long-term coaching. The Intensive is designed to provide clarity, strategy, and initial implementation support. If you're looking for continued accountability and long-term guidance, my 1:1 Coaching Program would be a better fit.
✘ You're looking for a diagnosis or medical treatment. While we'll review your symptoms, health history, nutrition, lifestyle, and laboratory data (when available), the Intensive is designed to provide education and personalized wellness recommendations, not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care.
✘ You're looking for a rigid meal plan or strict rules to follow. My goal isn't to hand you a temporary plan. It's to help you understand why the recommendations matter so you can build sustainable habits that last long after the Intensive ends.
